We strive to provide our clients with residential and commercial appraisal reports which conform to appraisal requirements as quickly as possible! With 25 years of experience in Southern California, First Metro Appraisals provides accurate appraisals that meet the requirements of recognized appraisal practices.
To maximize service, we are proud to say that we are members of the Appraisal Institute. Our Appraisal Designation is through R. Lee Walker, MAI, who graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics, and there, he also studied law. He went to UCLA to study Real Estate Finance and has studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Southern California.
